Pot Boss
A free app for running a home poker tournament. It needs JavaScript, so turn that on or open it in another browser.
Pot Boss keeps the books for a recurring poker night:
- A blind timer with breaks and colour-ups that takes over every player's screen when a level is ending, so it can't roll over while the host is in a hand.
- Buy-ins, rebuys and add-ons, with per-player limits or untracked.
- Prize payouts, chops including ICM, and knockout bounties.
- A running balance per player that carries between games, so money left on the books is simply there next time.
- Walk-ins added by name — a player needs no app and no account to play, and can be linked to one later.
- Buy-ins by Venmo or PayPal if a player wants them; payouts in cash, Venmo, PayPal or onto their balance. The app never holds money.
